Multiples Specialist and Postpartum Doula Services

Veronica assisted our family for one month with the care of our newborn twin girls. Veronica delivered all of the points she discussed with us during her interview and was always professional. She was able to answer and provide advise on all aspects and questions of the girls care. She helped us organize ourselves so we could set up our family for success (schedules, products etc). We are especially grateful for the warmth and genuine love she showed our girls . Her help allowed for me to rest and always know that the girls were in good hands. I wishI had know Veronica when we had our first son, we could have avoided a lot of sleepless nights.

I hope you have a wonderful vacation. Please keep in touch.

Birth Doula ,Postpartum Doula and Baby Nurse Services

Where do I begin? Veronica started this journey with us at Cedars in the delivery room as my birth doula. She helped me relax with various massage techniques, coached me on breathing and her constant smile was such a reassurance through the whole birthing process.

We also had the pleasure of having Veronica stay in our home for a week 24 hours a day helping my husband and I adjust to life with a newborn around the clock as our Baby Nurse.
As a first time breast-feeding mom, I could not have asked for a better experience. She helped me figure out different techniques in assisting my newborn boy with his latch. She gave us massages, helped out with laundry and kitchen duties. But the best thing Veronica did was care for our son with tender hands, gentle touches, and soothing words. She is a gem and is full of so much “baby” knowledge. We learned baby massage from Veronica and various other things to help us care for our baby better.

She would sit with me on those first few frustrating, long nights of breast-feeding and keep me company, always making me feel good when my self-esteem was low. I cried harder than my newborn when she left. If I had it my way, I would have had Veronica stay for much longer. We highly recommend Veronica for doula and baby nurse services. We were so lucky to have her and will forever be grateful!

All the Best,

Doula for Special Needs baby and Newborn Specialist

We had a very difficult infant experience with multiple hospitalizations and several medical issues. It was heavenly when Veronica stepped in so we could sleep. We had a doctor-ordered feeding schedule with medications around the clock. Veronica learned quickly how to follow the routine and offered some peace in our house during that period.

Thank you Veronica,

Estela Z.

Traveling Baby Nurse and Postpartum Doula Services

Veronica served as a part-time baby nurse and postpartum doula for us in July and August of 2012. We found her to be very knowledgeable, capable, hard-working, and friendly. When there was not baby care to be done, she would find various other ways to help us during the hectic transition period of welcoming home our newborn. She also took time to teach us some basics of newborn care including swaddling and infant massage.

Veronica even traveled with us on a weekend away from home and did a tremendous job of caring for our little one while we were attending to other duties. All of our friends and family who met Veronica were very impressed with her skills and amiable demeanor. I have no reservations in recommending her to others.

The Role of a Postpartum Doula in the services of Veronica Hinojosa-Stang

To whom it may concerned,

March 29, 2012

It is my pleasure to write this recommendation letter for Veronica Hinojosa. I truly believe that the greatest role is being a mother. It is especially more magical being a first time mother. After speaking with Veronica and looking at her extensive professional portfolio that she shared with us, my husband and I were very confident and comfortable in hiring Veronica to come work for us. I was extremely overwhelmed, fatigued, and nervous about taking care of my lovely angelic daughter, Abbygail. Veronica reassured me that she will be there to assist me with anything I needed. These words were heaven to my ears!

Veronica is a master of her trade in every sense! She's extremely professional, diligent, and hard working. She was my 'extra' pair of hands, ears, and eyes. She assisted me with breastfeeding techniques, massage therapy sessions, bathing techniques, laundry, ironing my husband's work clothes, preparing delicious meals, food shopping, swaddling techniques, CPR and infant lessons, etc. She is a very supportive individual.

We were very impressed with her and decided to asked her to assist us with sleep training our daughter when she's about 3 months old. I know that she will do an excellent job with this task.

In conclusion without any hesitations, I highly recommend Veronica Hinojosa as a postpartum doula and baby nurse.

Doula for Surrogacy, Newborn Specialist, Newborn Caregiver

Veronica has worked for me for the past 3 weeks for 24 hours a day.

During this time, she has treated me and my son as her own family. I am a single father with little experience with a new born so I have relied on Veronica for literally everything.

Not only has she taught me how to feed and care for my son,
but also run a household taking care of my son, my two dogs and myself, cooking and cleaning and washing, with many friends and relatives visiting. She has prepared meals for not only me, but for my friends with children staying with us.

She has become part of my family.

She has also given me the confidence to take care of my son in every regard and I recommend her to anyone who feels they need help with their newborn.

Postpartum Doula. Breastfeeding Educator and Postpartum Massage Therapist

My husband and I employed Veronica Hinojosa-Stang as a postpartum doula for our newborn baby girl. We had interviewed various postpartum doulas and Veronica immediately stood out for us due to the large variety of skills she possesses, her kindness and her warmth. We were in need for someone that could help teach how to treat a newborn (breastfeeding, diapering, calming etc.) as well as support me in taking care of myself during this exciting period.
She has been wonderful – both for our baby girl and myself! She taught me how to calm a baby (the 5 S’s technique), the ins & outs of diapering, set me up with pumping (during moments of pain due to engorgement). At the same time she was also a great help in ensuring things at home were structured and taken care off (for example the baby room). A few items were still missing and she even went out to buy those for me.
All the excitement of the first week caused me back- and neck pain and Veronica has been able to relieve me of some of it through her wonderful massages. She has also taught me the skills of baby massages which our baby girl is now enjoying.
I can go on and on because there are so many wonderful services Veronica has been able to provide in a short time period. Veronica even helps in connecting me with potential nannies!

For me, Veronica can be best described as a professional, warm and caring person that goes above and beyond!

If you would like additional information about Veronica, you can call me at (347) 498- 3741.

Sleep training, Family support, Baby Nurse Services

Veronica helped us so much. Before she arrived, our baby hardly slept at all. Veronica quickly got her on a good sleep schedule, sleeping 3- 4 hours at a stretch!
She clearly cared for and was very affectionate with our daughter. She went above and beyond and was always available for extra hours if needed. She brought us a cake and flowers for my husband’s graduation,  and helped get our baby dressed for pictures.
Veronica was hard working and made our life with baby so much easier at night  that we were able to enjoy our daughter instead of being constantly exhausted.

Newborn Specialist, Baby Nurse and Private Infant educator

"We hired Veronica after thorough research and reference checking for baby nurses. Our plan was to use her for caring for our child at night for the initial weeks and also to train us on tools and techniques to help us as new parents.

When our baby was born, my wife and I found that we were able to handle the nights ourselves and therefore we focused with Veronica on training and learning tools and techniques to care for our baby.

We learned about the Happiest Baby on the Block techniques, bathing, baby massage, nursing tips, sleep training and other important tips for caring for our newborn.

With Veronica's guidance, we were able to apply techniques with confidence in caring for our newborn baby.

It was a pleasure working with Veronica and we appreciate her knowledge, experience and her ability to communicate and impart this information to us."

Newborn Specialist and Baby Nurse Services

My husband Michael and myself contracted Veronica for 3 months. We delivered in November a baby boy " Tyson". Veronica was simply amazing.

She kept in touch with me throughout my pregnancy. She followed up with me more frequently as my due date arrived. Ty was our third child and really wanted the help at night so we could still be wonderful parents to our little girls. This was very, very important to us, specially getting him sleeping through the night.

Veronica was a very, very caring and supportive Baby Nurse. She worked with not only me in feeling better, getting adequate rest, helping me with scheduling Tyson. Breastfeeding him was  always nice having her supporting me and giving me the company I needed for not fallen sleep in the early hours ...the list is endless!

She was a fabulous resource for where to purchase everything for Ty....everything....

She was just a joy to have in our home....Always on time, caring, loving, funny and Tyson adored her! I knew that. I absolutely adore her!
She was more than professional and more than I could have ever hoped for in a Baby Nurse.

She was also instrumental in helping our little girls adjust to Tyson....and had wonderful ideas to balance things out for them so their adjustment process was easier.

I would highly recommend Veronica. Please, please if you would like to call me to answer any questions you might have of her, call me anytime. I also had a baby nurse with our second daughter I had someone to compare Veronica to and she was far and above the best.

Thank you Veronica....and "Dr. Ty" thanks you too!

Jeannine and Andrew Morris ( Emilia)

To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is in reference to Veronica Hinojosa-Stang, who was my third child’s baby nurse beginning February 8th, 2010. Veronica arrived the day we returned home from the hospital and stayed for a total of 4 weeks. As I sit here and write this recommendation for Veronica, I cannot begin to express my utter gratitude for all that she did for both me and my whole family.
Being that I already have an active toddler and 6 year old at home, I agreed to find a baby nurse this time around. Veronica did so many things to not only educate us, but to support our family through the first tough weeks of bringing a newborn home. She cared for our baby 12 hours a day, seven days a week and never showed signs of being tired. She also served as my postpartum Doula, making sure that I was rested, ate appropriately and assisted in breastfeeding.

In regards to the care of our infant, she is by far the most caring, patient, knowledgeable person I have ever met. Veronica took care of every aspect of her care during the entire 4 weeks which included baby massage. She also kept detailed records of the baby’s schedule so we knew exactly where to pick up when she left.

Veronica is also a wonderful resource for new products and online information for the baby. I felt like no question or concern was unjustified and her knowledge of the care for children is unsurpassed. Even now after she has left, I feel that I can give her a call when I have a doubt or concern about the baby and she is happy to talk things through with me.

You would think that in the 4 weeks she was with us that the infant would take all of her time, but somehow Veronica made time to spend with our two other children who felt like she was part of the family.

I welcome any prospective parents to please call me for a reference. Veronica is one of a kind, a true professional, a wonderful caregiver and a friend. I recommend her fully and feel truly lucky that she came into our lives.

Angelica - Baby June

To Whom it May Concern,
This letter should serve as a glowing recommendation for the post-partum doula services of Veronica Hinojosa. We hired Veronica to help us for our first week home with our newborn, June. I had just spent 8 days in the hospital, we had complications with my labor and some post-birth health scares with the baby. When we got home, Veronica was here and from the moment she walked in the door, she brought an air of calm, energy and positivity to our home. She helped us with everything regarding the baby but also took great care of Mommy which was really key in getting my strength back. Veronica is very professional and has an amazing commitment to the health and well being of a baby and her mother. We were very sad when our week with Veronica was over but thanks to her expertise and care we were well equipped to take on the care of our newborn on our own.

The Baehlers

My #1 tip for new Moms - GET A BABY NURSE! After spending 8 days in the hospital, I came home to an angel named Veronica who has expended endless amounts of energy on taking care of me and my baby. She has helped me feed her, burp her, change her... she has cooked, cleaned, shopped for food and baby supplies, given me heavenly massages and kept me informed, educated and most important - showered! . I don't care if you have to take out a second mortgage on your house to pay for it - it's worth it!
